Bellarmine University’s Career Development Center plans events and programs throughout the academic year for employers to connect with students and alumni. These events foster networking and professional development, while also promoting job and internship opportunities at your organization.

Spring Career Fair 2026
Thank you for your interest in hiring and working with Bellarmine University students! This event is focused on full-time job and internship opportunities for all current students and alumni. All students are invited to participate, with a concentration in Business, Communication, Government, Technology, Social Services, and Environmental Studies.

Mentor Knight
Every fall, the Career Development Center hosts Mentor Knight in which students are invited to partcipate in an industry breakout session with 4-5 alumni, moderated by a Bellarmine staff member. These panels allow students to hear from professionals in their career field of interest, ask questions, and network. This event is open to all students, and is especially beneficial for first-year and second-year students.

Alumni Mentor Program
This program is open to sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students from all majors who are looking to make a lasting connection with a Bellarmine alum in their career field of interest and/or a shared affinity group. This program matches students one-on-one with a Bellarmine alum in their field of interest and may be completed in-person or virtually.

On-Campus Tabling
The Career Development Center coordinates on-campus tabling opportunities for employers. Employers must agree to adhere to all CDC, state, and university health guidelines. Your registration includes a 6’ x 3’ table, 2 chairs, parking, wi-fi access, as well as one social media post and one e-mail message to students during the week of your visit. Limit 1 tabling opportunity per semester. Sign up on Handshake.
Mock Interviews & Employer Panels
Several career and professional development courses incorporate a mock interview experience and/or employer panels as part of their course assignments. Availability is subject to the academic calendar and course schedules.
