Customized Pricing & Discounts

Bellarmine provides customized pricing for every event, including:

  • Package pricing for multi‑space or multi‑day events
  • Discounted rates for alumni and nonprofit organizations

What Happens Next

  1. A rental agreement will be sent via AdobeSign, which will include space to upload the following required documents:
    • Certificate of Insurance (COI) – requirements provided separately
    • Completed W‑9
    • IRS Tax Determination Letter (if nonprofit)
  2. A 50% deposit (check or credit card) is required to secure your reservation.
    Remaining rental fees will be invoiced after the event.

A signed contract and deposit are required to officially hold your date. Once your contract is complete, your assigned event coordinator will schedule a planning meeting to discuss event logistics and begin the catering consultation process.
