Start Planning
Submit your event details using the link below. To ensure availability, please submit your request at least 8 weeks before your event date. A member of our Team will follow up as soon as possible for an event consultation and tailored proposal designed for your needs.
Customized Pricing & Discounts
Bellarmine provides customized pricing for every event, including:
- Package pricing for multi‑space or multi‑day events
- Discounted rates for alumni and nonprofit organizations

What Happens Next
- A rental agreement will be sent via AdobeSign, which will include space to upload
the following required documents:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) – requirements provided separately
- Completed W‑9
- IRS Tax Determination Letter (if nonprofit)
- A 50% deposit (check or credit card) is required to secure your reservation.
Remaining rental fees will be invoiced after the event.
A signed contract and deposit are required to officially hold your date. Once your contract is complete, your assigned event coordinator will schedule a planning meeting to discuss event logistics and begin the catering consultation process.
